Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with babyKET. We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:
- Wrong item(s) received
- Damaged or defective products (e.g. torn packaging, crushed items)
Due to the nature of our products (pet food), we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or pet preference
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Items with broken tamper seals (unless received that way)
- Products not purchased from our official store (babyket.sg)
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us at hello@babyket.sg within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
Please do not return items without prior authorisation.
3. Refund Options
Once your return is approved, we will offer:
- Full refund to original payment method (for damaged/wrong items)
- Replacement shipment at no additional cost
- Store credit (if preferred)
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
4. Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and product before discarding anything
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before fulfilment (i.e. before our warehouse team dispatches your shipment)
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping for our errors (wrong/damaged items): covered by us
- Return shipping for any other approved reason: borne by customer
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale:
- Products past their expiry date at time of return request
- Promotional bundles or clearance items (unless defective)
